Nicole is in her final year of an EngD at the University of Birmingham, her research focuses on understanding physicochemical properties of sebum which is a natural skin oil, and how the air pollutants affect those properties.

She has been part of the STLE UK Student Chapter from the beginning as a Secretary and Treasurer and has taken over the Chair’s position this year.
